Initially, we purchased it for home use, and the results were so convincing that we went on to buy five units in total—three for our home and two for our dental clinic. One of the most important outcomes was with my mother. Got an Airmega 250 (AP-1720H) recently and have been using it for 2 weeks now. Works well. The AQI colour bar indicator is sensitive to changes in air quality and accurate in describing the AQI in a visual manner (Red: Worst, Yellow: Poor, Green: Good and Blue: Great). In my case I am able to get the bar to turn Blue only inside my bedroom within 45 mins. Green is the best I can get it to go in my hall all the way from Red (worst) and that just speaks to the air quality in Pune as I write this just sad! Even at the highest fan setting the noise isn't too loud - more like white noise so great for sleeping. Changing / cleaning the filters is super easy. The purifier switches to Smart mode and quietens down the fan when Green is maintained for long. It also has a light sensor so in dark rooms the light bar brightness is dimmed all the way down. This is a no gimmicks air purifier that works well. Another thing nobody mentions enough is the retro design of the unit. I love the deliberate callback to the retro beige CRT monitor type look that they have gone for. Might get another one.

I purchase it and product got delivered on 07/12/2025. In Delhi where present AQI is hazardous, I purchase coway after going through hours in R&D chose to order coway airmega 250 for INR 34999 on 02/12/2025. In room size around 20'×15' , 1/3 of size than this product claim dit for. Even after 5 hours of its operation, it always display "red" and keep running at its highest speed. I call to coway "customer service" to check installation and confirm its proper operation. A person visit in 08/12/2025 and return back within 5 minitus just saying its fine. Result big 0. Today I decide to return it back to Amazon and found there is option of "replacement ". Amazon doing business without think about customer. In India , Coway is not directly selling it. It is "Frootle India" a distribution company selling Product. It would big big mess. I would rate it negative 5 for Product, After Sale Support. Be aware of it.

Bought this for the living space in both of my houses. Super smart. The LED monitor can be turned off/on or set to auto (on smart mode). It's working well in large spaces (in a polluted Indian city) and it has made a huge difference to our indoor air quality (I have an independent air quality monitor so I know). Really good product.

After a long search and watching reviews of many brands i concluded for this one even when it has no smart features like app connectivity etc. I only relied on the fact that this one has best purification. However, now after using it for a week i see some inconsistencies. If you run it on Smart mode it does not detect correct air quality and hence just shows green, at the same moment if you manually switch to rapid mode it detects the air quality as bad. This is not reliable.
