Its mesh construction has a simple elegant industrial look, sturdy metal construction. It holds letter-size hanging file folders (sold separately); is11.25 inches long by 13 inches wide by 2 inches high.I just bought this because I have a sort of bookcase/cabinet in my home office that has three enclosed drawers meant for files that I couldn’t use well because the files flopped down all over each other. But this file holder fits the drawers perfectly, has enabled me to hold the files upright so they are accessible. Perfect.
