Lumpy and sticky
It is so sticky and kumpy that it clogs my blender. Furthermore, it's absolutely useless as a post workout carbs.

This was recommended by my PT and has worked a treat for carb loading . It's pretty tasteless on its own but mixed in with workout juice or amino acids then it's all good! Easy to use, and results that work.

Unsure if it is even Vitargo
Arrived in a green "Complete Series" bag, not the white "Pure Series". The Complete series doesn't include Vitargo so perhaps they just ran out of green bags at the factory? Hmmmm. Or did they put the wrong sticker on the bag and this could be anything from the Complete seriers?Also, it's fairly flavourless and given it's just a white powder, I have no idea whether it's even Vitargo. Didn't notice anything after tacking it but because I haven't used Vitargo previously, I have no point of reference to compare it with. Basically, it could be anything and given the packaging mistake, I'm unsure if I should even continue to use it. Don't really want to keep injesting 75g of an unknown substance if it's not Vitargo

Tried this out on a few long runs and to my amazement it works a treat. At around 8-10 miles I usually get a bit tight in my legs and feel a bit drained but not when I take vitargo mixed with my usual sports drink.

Good carbs, bad taste!
I've currently gone through 2 bag of this as it doesn't last long. I bought it after looking into carbohydrate supplements and Vitargo really is the best you can get (can't argue with science). I used it by mixing with my protein powder in a blender with water, I have tried mixing in a shaker but had a really lumpy thick shake. The taste is disgusting to be honest even with a nice tasting shake you can still taste it and it really does thicken your shakes. If you can overlook the taste and down your shakes as I did then I do recommend. I used it as a post-workout recovery.
