The uniqueness of this beautifully designed trivet drew my attention from the first time I saw it. I knew I wanted to purchase it, but waited patiently to have a new kitchen table delivered first. It was exciting to finally place the order, & the item was received earlier than expected. And it surely did not disappoint when I opened the package -- solid quality materials used and the quality shows. Absolutely love it!!!

I received a trivet similar to these over 20 years ago and I still use it today. One of my favorite uses is for potluck dinners when traveling or delivering meals to friends and family. I have a casserole dish carrier that is insulated. I line it with a dishtowel, but the trivet in, then place my casserole dish. It keeps it HOT for 6 hours minimum. It is also great for table serving to keep dishes warm. Just be careful with glassware, as it is a little slippery when trying to scoop something out! Overall, I love the longevity of these products. I have been looking for something similar for years, so when these popped up on my Amazon page I couldn't wait to try them! For a two piece set, the price is a little higher than some I have seen in the local stores. Most average at $10-$12 each. At $35 I probably would not buy online without a good sale to go along with it.

I ordered the first set & there was a defect on the inside radius of the wood, 2nd set no better. Both sets returned. For the price I would expect better.

This trivet is nice enough to keep out on the table and is a very giftable piece. It has a very nice look and is a functional work of art. everyone that see it has commented on it. great value for the money.
