Is this for a road bike

Yes. This will go on a road bike, but ensure the rear derailleur is medium cage (Shimano GS). You also need to ensure your chain will be long enough.

Will this work with 105 triple & front derailleur and ultegra long cage rear? Existing is 11-27 and i need more help on gravel climbs

Your best bet is to Google "shimano products compatibilty". That will take you to a chart explaining exactly what bits work together. There are different versions of 105 and ultegra which have different cassette size limits. If the chart says your combination of bits is supported, happy days. If not do a Google search because sometimes shimano might say the max is 32 teeth on the rear but 34 still works OK.

My old cassette is hg500 this is cshg500 will it still fit my road bike

Yes it is the same thing. These are tiagra 10sp cassettes. Worth counting the large cog as the cassette is available in different sizes. This is 11-34T so the 34T makes it more Hill friendly :)

I need a cassette 10 speed 10-28 , would this do for a road bike rear wheel?

If your bike is already fitted with a 10 speed cassette, this cassette will do fine depending on how fast and hard you want your peddling to be. The 10-28 or 11-34 are pretty much the same. Don't try to fit a cassette with more sprockets if the rear derailleur is for a ten speed
