Nice bike, my only comment is that the handlebar don't have the two threaded holes required to fix the cups & table holder.

This bike is very bad..it got damaged after 2 months and it started producing cracking noise..the screen doesn't work and keeps on beeping all the time..very bad product

Just as I expected, this machine will give me the proper exercise I need....perfect for being fit.

It’s good to use it 5 star without simulator connection like zwift or kinomap . but if you plan to use it with smart simulator it’s so bad . I wish i still can return or sell asap cuz i want use it to zwift or kinomap accurately

Decent quality bike for a good price. But: 1/ it took more than an hour to assemble 2/ not suitable if you are taller than 185 cm

After reading and watching many positive reviews of the JOROTO X2, I decided to take the leap and go all out with the JOROTO X4S. I felt that the X4S had improvements over the X2 and trusted that all of the goodness of the X2 would still be with the X4S which I feel that they are. I wanted to avoid a bike with the built in screen as I would prefer just to use my iPad, the X4S is well setup to accommodate this and it appears to be an improvement over the X2. The display shows the necessary basic functions and again is just a step up from the X2 display. In my opinion the X4S is a sleeker looking bike than many others out there, which doesn't help performance, but certainly helps if its going to be left out on display. The quality of the build and materials are top notch. The system is so quiet, the only thing I can hear is my racing heart and general lack of fitness (which I am working on). Assembly was simple and done in about half an hour - very similar to the YouTube videos of the X2. My dealings with Joroto via email were positive. At 6'2" I feel comfortable on the bike and there is still adjustment available (the kids were the last to use it which is why the seat is down). As somebody just looking to improve fitness and loose weight I find this bike perfect and great value for the money.

Il monitor non funzionava più. Sentito Amazon, mi ha indirizzato all'assistenza Joroto. La gestione del malfunzionamento è stata subito presa in carico e dopo alcune prove non andate a buon fine mi è stato inviato un nuovo monitor senza spese. Problema risolto in pochi giorni, assistenza perfetta.

Very good bike, very solid and silent. Special thanks to the support, the monitor of the bike stopped working after 8 monthes, I contacted the support and Candice was very helpfull, they send me a new monitor under warranty. Overall very happy of it

Ce vélo est excellent. Tres beau. Belle apparence . Moderne. Tres lourd donc il ne bouge pas. Le pedalage est très fluide. Et quel silence, je n entend que mon souffle. Incroyable. Vous pouvez définir différents niveaux de difficulté grasse à l écran qui affichent toutes les informations en même temps. La résistance magnétique est excellente et avec se système ou il n'y as aucune pièce en contact , vous pouvez êtres sur de la longévité de votre investissement. J ai acheté se vélo pour sa qualité , sa robustesse et sa technologie , mais aussi pour son service après vente qi est très professionnel. Quelques jours après la livraison, il vous envoie un message pour vous demander si le vélo marche bien et si il n y as pas de problèmes. J ai eu un petit problème de réglage de la résistance magnétique, j ai eu une réponse le lendemain .Il m ont envoyé des vidéo le samedi et même le dimanche pour m aidé à résoudre le problème . Problème résolu. ( Merci Chauncy ). Si vous voulez investir dans un vélo tres agréable et sur la durée , je vous recommande ce velo X4S a 100% fiable. Acheter le en toute confiance
