How to Win at College: Simple Rules for Success from Star Students

Loved it, had some great tips for university students! I'm from England, and though it is more directed towards the American education system, most of it still applied. I'd definitely recommend it to prospective uni students!

Excellent book, every young person should read it

Amazing book. Not linear and helpfull, it can really help if you have problems managing time and study. Other books by Cal Newport are more detailled, but this one is simple and easy to read.

I'm glad I read this book during my freshman year, because most of the advice really made a lot of sense and helped me to set up a plan for the rest of the year and my entire studying time. This book preferably in combination with the Student Success Manifesto seems to be a must for every ambitious college (liberal arts) student.

Ovviamente è molto americano. Il testo è (per il mio livello) un po' difficile da capire sia per parole gergali che per riferimenti sconosciuti. Necessita di una lettura lenta per adattarlo all'Italia. Certamente utile per coloro che vanno ha studiare negli Stati Uniti. Atmosfera un po' "Happy Days".
