Headline says it all.For anything other than light marks you will need to use 000 wire wool, but then water marks are diminished to the point where they are still visible, but only if you know they are there.However it didn't touch the black rings and if you re-wax too soon you will undo your hard work.Overall, glad I purchased this. It's made a massive improvement to the appearance of my cabinet.

I actually bought this for my mum’s old furniture since she struggled to find a colour match that would help to hide watermarks and sun bleaching on parts of her old living room set. She was delighted with the result, it gave the furniture new lease of life. It is not a miracle thing, some deep very old marks are still visible, but vast majority of others are gone so this product really does work.

Bought this to help with an old solid wood chest of drawers. The top had many ring marks from makeup and perfume bottles. With no prep ie sanding I rubbed the solution in with a cloth. Whilst if looking directly over the top you can see the rings albeit they are blended in and darkened in colour, viewing from an angle is a great improvement. Top marks therefore for enhancing with minimal effort.

Absolutely mind blown by this product! I brought it to update a marketplace find an edwardian linen press and it's literally brought it back to life! So easy to apply and gorgeous rich mahogany colour which hid a lot of the little age related imperfections and colour variations. Have immediately ordered more to revamp my dining room table. Highly recommend!

SOOOO HAPPY! I just inherited an antique cedar chest from my grandparents. It was made in 1942. It has some big issues, but lots of little issues too. I dont have the time to do a full restoration yet, but I wanted it to look decent while holding my blankets until its fully restored. Restore a Finish worked amazingly! The fine scratches are gone and the shine is incredible! Its taken a sad, dull and faded chest to a shiny, polished piece. For what i needed, and hoped for, this exceeded my expectations!! It was simple to use( I used 0000 steel wool and wiped off with a rag). The color matched perfectly, though it became more vibrant after wiping on. Im very pleased!
