The Gift That Keeps On Giving
Bought this gift for my 16 year old. Had a slight issue with the keyboard. I called the customer service and the gentleman was very nice and shipped a new one right away. My son loves the LED feature and how smoothly the computer runs when playing. I highly recommend!!

Made a kid very happy!
This was a great gaming PC for my nephew to start his journey into the gaming world. Make sure all pieces that should be included with the PC are in the box! The headset and webcam were missing when this package arrived. I reached out to Tech Magnet and they immediately sent me the missing items. Great customer service!

COMPLETE SCAM
Computer went to an error blue screen after trying to update. Took it to repair shop and was informed that I had been duped by this seller and that the CPU would never be able to play online games due to it's old graphics card, system was overheating and that the CPU had over 15,000 hours of use before it even got in my house. I am sending it back IMMEDIATELY. SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my son. Very scummy and false advertising. Nothing special about this so called "gaming desktop"
