Q: Does the screw effect the screw feom the stem riser?? Because its a pretty long one.

Not at all, this screw's size is M6x40, similar to M6x30 general stem headsets use, because it has a small section on the top of the headset cap. Besides, the screw and the headset cap on the phone holder is just to replace that on the bikes. You can try it first, anyway.

Hi, yes the mount can be installed in either orientation. You tighten the center bolt to head tube to lock it down.

I didn't use any adapter mine fit without using any adapter
