Nest Hello user Gen 1 user here 👋. After almost 5 years usinf gen 1, it finaly broke. I replaced with this one, far way easy to install and connect. Night vision is not so good tho. Overall; its nice addation to our Google eco system

Deffective product, 3 day battery life even when optimized for maximum battery, i have 2 other similar cameras from a different supplier and they are lasting a month ++ Something not right about this one.

The product broke from the wind! Although a representative from Amazon installed it at our place. The camera is completely broken!

Surprisingly I purchased the camera and I’m Not able to add the camera on google home. I keep getting an error msg that there’s a problem connecting to the cloud!

The tool was easy to install, and is easy to recharge - so far it is operating 10 days and the battery is down about 50% during the super hot Middle East summer - and this is with an average of 20 triggers per day

This product was easy to install even for a DIY person like myself. The app works well with the camera. Only thing to be warned about the light is bright ( not a bad thing ) you can turn the brightness down ( bonus ) . Great product , just a bit pricey but you are paying for great build quality.

Die Google Nest Doorbell ist von der Hardware her ein gutes Produkt. Die Bilderkennung funktioniert zuverlässig, die Bildqualität ist mehr als ordentlich und sichtbar besser als bei vielen günstigeren Kameras (z. B. Aqara). Auch der Akku hält gut durch – wobei positiv ist, dass selbst die Akku-Version direkt an den Klingeldraht angeschlossen werden kann und dann dauerhaft ohne Nachladen läuft. Die Reaktionszeit beim Klingeln war früher etwas träge, wurde mit den letzten Updates aber spürbar verbessert. Auch der Zugriff auf den Videostream in der Google-Home-App ist inzwischen deutlich schneller. Perfekt ist es nicht, aber im Alltag gut nutzbar. Was stört, ist das starke Abo-Modell. Die Kamera ist auch ohne Abo nutzbar, aber viele beworbene Funktionen wie Gesichtserkennung oder erweiterte Ereignisverläufe sind nur mit Abo verfügbar. Ich selbst nutze sie komplett ohne Abo, das reicht mir – man muss sich dessen aber bewusst sein. Der größte Kritikpunkt ist die Architektur: Die Doorbell ist vollständig cloudgebunden. Es gibt keine lokale Steuerung, keinen lokalen Videostream und keine lokalen Automatisierungen. Ohne Internet ist das Gerät praktisch nicht nutzbar. Für ein sicherheitsrelevantes Gerät ist das ein echtes Problem. Zusätzlich fehlt bis heute Matter-1.5-Support, obwohl die Hardware dafür geeignet wäre. Damit bleibt die Doorbell faktisch im Google-Ökosystem gefangen.

Great cameras (I have 2), especially when paired with the Wasserstein solar panels. The image quality and motion detection is pretty good. They integrate easily into Home Assistant. The only downside is that they don’t work with the legacy Nest app.

Cualquier telefonillo te cuesta 200. Con este producto puedes ver quien te llama cuando no estás en casa. En mi caso le digo a los repartidores que me dejen las cosas por encima de la pared y puedo ver cómo lo hacen. También puedes vigilar tu puerta. Va perfecto y cuando alguien llama la notificación se activa rápidamente en tu móvil. Es fácil de configurar, tiene buena calidad. Yo la uso mediante batería y a pesar de darle bastante uso, la batería me dura meses. Volvería a comprarla.

The product is received ahead of time. It was not shipped for a week and I was worried. But it was delivered quickly. Thanks to the seller, AMYSHOP. Product is good as advertised. The only draw back is the subscription model.
