I was hesitant at first to purchase this with its minimal reviews, but I trusted my instinct on it! U really should listen to the latter! The problem with some medium books is that it is so overly complex that u tend to lose your train of thoughts. This is isn’t the case with Silvia . Well outlined, good presentation… sentences structured like she is just talking upfront at you… Im already near half way and have just received the book. Wow, this book is so interesting. I have only ever had very limited knowledge of what the pineal gland is and what it can do so wanted to learn more. And learn I have! This book is absolutely chock full of well researched facts, thought provoking help guides, and deep, easily understood explanations . The author certainly knows their stuff!!The path to a fully functional third eye can, it is claimed, be found by following to the instructions in this book: instructions that range from understanding and using the chakras, to doing yoga and meditation.Once your third eye is open there's great advice on obtaining and understanding any of the clairs that you may acquire, albeit clairvoyance or clairaudience, or any other clair. There's also a special section on lucid dreaming. So all in all this is not only an interesting read, it is an invaluable guide to your inner health. Absolutely brilliant reading , everything you need in a guidebook is written here in Sylvia’s book . Such a fabulous easy reach reference that is easy to dip in and out of .Starts off with the history of the pineal gland , calcification of the gland and how to remove it . Which I found really helpful , healing the 3rd eye , tips on helping to connect to the third eye . Various practices to use to help achieve your goals Chakra work the Auric fiend . Breath work techniques . I loved reading this book, I couldn't put it down. It talks about how to develop psychic abilities and how they work, chakras, auras, how to balance the chakras, meditation and breathwork, yoga and more. If you are interested in developing psychic abilities and strengthening your intuition, you will love this book. I highly recommend! Also, the second part of the book which covers lucid dreaming is really good! I have always been interested in lucid dreaming and had experiences of lucid dreams. Also, I wanted to learn more on how to do it at will and have more control over my dreams. This book is packed with information and helpful tips on lucid dreaming. Another easily readable book without any jargon. Opening your third eye is not something that needs to be rushed and I particularly loved how Silvia made it clear that you had to be ready before doing it.Also how she set up clear and useful activities to do it. Because it is important to be in the correct state of mind and to prepare yourself for your ajna opening, and once it is open, to take care of it. All of this is explained clearly and precisely.This book is essential if you wish to have some balance in your life and to enjoy your thrid eye opening, but also, let me repeat, be in the correct state of mind.

I have been trying to open my 'third eye' for past few months, read many books, youtube videos, different frequencies etc. This book has provided me with more information that I didn't know already.
