Can this be used with laser printers?

No. And to be honest it’s not great with inkjet printers either.

Can I print images on both sides?

It is printable on the reverse matt side, but the quality would be the same as printing on regular paper and not as printed on the glossy side. It is suitable quality wise for basic graphics and writings

Is this photo paper compatible with the brother inkjet printers? if not do you know which are?

This is compatible with all inkjet printers and although I have a Canon now, I used to have a Brother. The quality is very good as well.

Can I print passport photos on my inkjet printer with this paper?

this paper is not suitable for passport photo printing. For passport photo printing you need the 280gsm range of photo paper.
