These individual serving chocolates are larger than you would expect. They’re quite tasty & offer just a little ‘pick-me-up’ after lunch to provide energy needed to finish the day.

So a little store- I was introduced to these while staying in the hospital for a week with my son. I didnt have the time(or the stomach) for coffee, and these were in the cafeteria..I bought a handful of different varieties, and fell in love..I had to be awake and tuned in to what all of the drs, PTs, OTs, neuros were telling me , had to correct some of the nurses, had to explain a LOT bc my son is also autistic, so long story not so short- these were a great help for a time when I couldn't stomach coffee(and didn't have time to sit & sip it anyway..didn't want to either)So as my son is still healing, these are a very good way to save time and get that same little boost of caffeine.I was VERY IMPRESSED with the delivery- I expected, since its summer, that these may be a bit hot...but they were shipped in a foam box with a freezer pack next to the bag of chocolates..I was really amazed! I will be ordering some of the caramel ones soon! Everyone I give these to loves them as well...I've gotten quite a few people into these lol..I am very glad i found them and will be purchasing more. Really cool that they put so much care into the delivery , keeping their product fresh,safe and damage-proof. Thanks so much!!

I love these. They're incredibly convenient, bite-sized, dark chocolate pieces that each have the caffeine of 1/2 a cup of coffee. This flavor, the dark chocolate, are pretty good! I've never been a coffee drinker, but I do like/need the caffeine, and these absolutely take care of it for me. The dark chocolate mint are also outstanding. I tried the milk chocolate, but they weren't that good, IMHO. The caramel filled are good, as are the peanut butter ones. I've bought these more times than I care to count, and will continue to do so. You get 50 pcs. in each bag, so that's not too expensive, but I would appreciate a frequent flier kind of program for discounts or an occasional free one.

What an awesome idea! The chocolate tastes amazing and it does feel like I’ve had a cup of coffee after eating 2 of them.

I use these often. Great taste and love the relatively low dose of caffeine. Not a coffee drinker so it doesn’t take much to get the effect I am looking for when getting a little tired, and these come in clutch to meet the need.

Receiving these by delivery I was impressed with the packaging. They were sealed in an insulated covering, obviously to protect the chocolate product from untoward environmental ravages. The interesting thing was that with all of that effort it seemed as if the package had suffered an exceptional portion of its trip though the Sahara Desert. Each individual package had experienced after-packaging melt-solidification which resulted in many chocolate crumbs.Despite the unexpected presentation, the product still performed as expected and was as tasty as I had hoped.Four stars for flavor and performance. Less one for chocolate flakes on my work clothes.

UPDATE Review:The Company "Awake" DID replace my bag of Awake dark chocolate. It arrived today fresh and not damaged. They apologized & were very responsive to replacing my damaged order. Their customer service dept recommended I contact their Sales dept directly, but they do NOT have control over Amazon in shipping. FYI. They were very nice, speedy and gave me a New order # and mailed me with a New order numver and expected shipment date. If you have any quality problems with these chocolates, don't hesitate to email the company directly. They will need your Amazon order # & order date.*****First review:ONLY ORDER DURING FALL & WINTER. TOO HOT IN SUMMER. Ive ordered 2x in summer. Dry ice is not good enough, after they sit in delivery trucks. We love the dark chocolate since it's dairy free and no coconut oil and tastes smooth & not bitter at all. It's a nice subtle lift of energy. Helps me focus a little more. But, DO NOT, DO NOT order during the summer with temperature over 70 degrees. It's 100 here in Phoenix. This package was sent to my po box, hand delivered to my post office Mgr, on dry ice and the heat still damaged the chocolate. I still tried to eat them. But it also ruins the taste,not just the color. These are NON returnable, so in the trash, wasted. Hope this review helps you. My advice.. stock up before next summer.

I appreciated the seller taking extra precautions when shipping this order with the heat index being so high across the country this summer. (I gave an extra star for this). It arrived in a small styrofoam container with an ice pack. Of course the ice pack had melted by then, but I am sure it helped for a period of time. Luckily not as hot here as in southern parts of USA. The carmel flavored ones were a little soft. Nothing to worry about. I but the entire bag in the fridge. The taste is pretty good. Not a huge caffeine kick, would like more of it. It is very expensive for 50 bite size pieces. I would give it a 5 if price would come down and they had a little more caffeine in each piece.
