Seller used false advertising
I wrote a very long review that unfortunately got deleted by fault of my own (closed the app by accident on my phone). Anyways quick summary, the seller is lying with a majority of the specs listed, the resolution is only 800x1200 not 2560x1600. The CPU is not 2.5ghz or whatever he listed, it's only 1.3ghz. Netflix doesn't work like he said. The speakers on this tablet are atrocious. Ill provide specs in pictures. The display is pretty but the resolution is, only 720p. I'm pretty sure the screen is plastic but oh well. It's a decent cheap tablet but the seller lied about the specs which isn't ok. Quick add on, scrolling through YouTube is slow but the videos themselves are crisp and smooth. This tablet would be great for kids but for adults its pretty lackluster. Ill update this over the course of the week, check pictures for actual specs. Last picture attached shows how the tablet lies about its resolution right in its settings. So all in all this tablet has false advertising, doesn't have the features listed and is sorta disappointing so far.Edit:I decided to return it, I tried watching Amazon Prime Video on the tablet because Netflix didn't work so might as well try something else. The issue with that though is how badly the movie stuttered, it would stutter every few seconds when streaming so i tried to download it thinking it was my internet. Once it was done downloading I turned off the Wi-Fi on the tablet and started watching it but it still stuttered just less frequently. I eventually gave up and just factory reset it and sent it back. Also I believe the screen is easily scratch-able and actually is plastic. So yeah, don't buy it if you're expecting the features the seller listed above that turned out fake, but if you're expecting a truly budget tablet with a lot storage and big screen, don't let me stop you.

4 GB of RAM very nice. Some initial problems resolved with the help of the seller.
I was looking for a tablet with more RAM than 1 GB because often my android devices seem quite slow, especially when browsing the internet. One salesperson at Staples told me that no large companies provide devices with more than about 1 to 1.5 GB of RAM.When I received this Phablet it was so much faster, which I attribute to the 4 GB of RAM. I was delighted with that. However, when experimenting with typing with the onscreen keyboard, there were certain keys that wouldn't respond, such as the G and Y keys. I also tried installing and using different keyboards, but the problem was the same. I also installed a program in which I needed to tap on icons to access various publications within it, but there were certain spots on the screen where I couldn't tap on the icons at those spots, because the screen was unresponsive. So I decided to return the device through Amazon, and they were quite helpful on that, e-mailing a label that I could use to return the device. That publications app, mentioned above is one primary reason I use a tablet, so the unresponsive screen wasn't acceptable. Incidentally, that program tends to run slowly on my other Android devices, because of the limited amount of RAM.Before returning this Phablet, first I contacted Illtrade by e-mail through Amazon to explain the problem and see if they offered a resolution to the problem. The seller replied suggesting that I do a factory reset through the Settings on the device, and then fully charge the device. He also offered to have a keyboard with a cover sent from China for the Phablet, if I could wait for 7 to 10 days to receive it, which I accepted. After I applied his suggestion, I experimented again with typing using the onscreen keyboard, and using the publications program I mentioned above, and for the most part the problem seems to have been resolved. So I'm deciding to keep the Phablet. At times there are still spots that are unresponsive on the screen, but if I reorient the screen from Portrait layout to Landscape, for example, then I can do what I need to do. And I have the faster access to the internet, and better capability of using my publications app, because of having 4GB of RAM.The screen is plastic, as others have mentioned, so it's tending accumulate very minor scratches as I slide my finger across the screen when doing various things on the device. I haven't gotten a screen protector yet, so don't have any comment on that.

Can't install Google or apps X Out junk
Another piece of Chinese junk. Everything look good until I try to set up Google or any other app it always gives me a timed out period or server is not available none of which is true it has an issue connecting through Wi-Fi.

Great! Especially for the low investment...
Bought this for a smart home control panel and it works great. I read some bad reviews, so I tried to play youtube videos, and they worked flawlessly.Pros: - Fast for average Tablet Use - Display was clear and nice color - Ran with No issues using: Google G, GMail, Google Photos, YouTube, Google Voice, Google Home, Fully Kiosk Browser, Chrome Browser, Action Tiles and Smart ThingsCons: - Sound is average in volume - Sound quality is HORRIBLE for anything other than utility useDid not use as a phone, and don't plan to.All other functionality worked as expected. Although the system reports Android 6., it does not have the ability to click and update. I have not attempted a firmware update, but my research shows the MTK6592 processor should be able to run through Android 8.Bought a second unit for another control panel. Many people buy the Fire Tablet 8, but for a similar price I get a 10" display and I don't need to hack around the Amazon ads, or inability to shut the screen off and start again by motion detection.
