Omg were do I start with having really bad headaches this help me and with sleeping diffly blacks out the sunlight and when putting it in the fridge then using it helps aswell

Really helps with my sinus headaches think it's the cold of it and the shape makes it stay in place.

It's good but does not stay cold for more than 30 mins which was disappointing

I saw one of these caps on Dragons Den years ago, They didn't invest but my Mum and I thought they were such a good idea as we both suffered from migraines. I still do - and this cap is brilliant. Just put it in the fridge for 2 hours, pop it on and it's ice-cold. Decent pressure on and around your head - blocks out light and muffles sound. I've had it for about a month now and I use it daily. You can lay down wearing it and it doesn't squash/deform the gel, which was something I was worried about. Stays cold for about 45 mins, then you need to pop it back in the fridge. But 45 mins is all you need, really - as it is very cold, and that amount of time is great for taking the edge off a migraine/headache. 10/10 would recommend!
