I love Joseph Joseph products and have so many. This zester is amazing, it’s really sharp so be careful as can take more than the rind off. It’s very easy to use and even easier to clean. I put mine in the dishwasher but ran it under the tap beforehand.Highly recommend this product.

A nice piece of kit - sturdy, easy to clean and use. However, I thought that the grating and slicing functions were both on the same side - they are not. This does kind of make sense but the guard part only protects when you are slicing, not when you are grating, as the guard only fits to the slicing side. If, like me, you were hoping to have something to protect your fingers whilst grating that last tiny bit of ginger, this is not the tool for you. Nice and safe for slicing though and am using it regularly. Would have been perfect if there was also a groove on the grating side.

For this review I am putting the Joseph Joseph Zester against the Zyliss Fine Stainless Steel Grater, Acid Etched which I previously reviewed as 5/5I wanted to love this product as I currently have a want to buy all Joseph Joseph kitchen equipment being impressed with some of their other items. The design is perfect, to hold the zester while using it feels comfortable and the bit at the back to clear all unused zest is a fantastic idea and works very well.The issue I have is the sharpness! While thinner than the Zyliss this product just doesn't provide as much Zest as its competitor by a long shot! You can see in my two pictures how much each gives, I was going to do the same time but the Zyliss provided so much more in less than half the time I didn't see a point in continuing.It works don't get me wrong but you will have to spend a lot of time to get a good amount of zest

I brought this grater, solely for zesting lemons for my homemade curd. It is lightweight and takes up minimal space to store. Having the cleaning blade, makes it much easier when clearing the holes, post usage too.

Unfortunately the slicing box was not attached to this grater therefore it is an o completely order. The grater also had no packaging come with it, such as the cardboard paper to which theae kind of products are usually attached so it does look like a half done job. Will be returning it.

Mainly use for grating parmesan and is super easy and smooth to use. The bit at the back is great for getting all the gratings out, especially when zesting. Although it is removable which is great for cleaning but iy could be easily lost as is small!Bought one for my grandmother too, she loves it!

This Tool works well to make extremely thin slices of Garlic. It also is a grater for hard cheeses. It is a good tool.
