Is any kind of small battery that can come out and choke risk please?

Not that I know of, but my 3 children that are 3 and under all play/bite them and nothing had come off or open at any point.

Can these go in the bath??

We do not recommend using it in the bath. The sensory tube has LED button batteries in it so the tube can glow. We cannot guarantee that it is completely waterproof.
