Indian Cooking
I absolutely LOVE my tin of spices. Came very nicely packaged in a box to keep the leftover spices in. I decorated my tin lid with gemstones for an Indian flair and I have been using it in all sorts of Indian recipes since. My friend said that if you want to learn genuine Indian cooking you must first have your 7 spice tin. She was right!

Key spices omitted
The spices and container were perfect except for the important ones missed out which were: cardamom, cloves and cinnamon . These 3 spices not included in the set was a let down as they are the key ingredients for cooking meat dishes .
