Extremely happy about my purchase of Urban terrain Tokyo cycle. I wanted a minimalistic design, light weight, good looking light weight cycle at a decent price and this fitted the bill. I would say it's an extremely good value for money. I got it delivered the very next day while most of other cycles for my city and place were only available after 10 days. The cycle came well packed however had dents on the box. I unpacked and got it assembled however found out that there couple of nuts missing in the front wheel. I managed to get it outside from nearby shop and got it fitted. However unfortunately due to the transit damage the rear wheel spokes were bent and as a result the rim was wobbling. I was contacted by cult sport customer support the next day through WhatsApp and they were kind enough to arrange for inspection and service by a technician. They visited after 4 days and fixed the issues with the rear wheel and brakes. The support was surprisingly very good, they were prompt and attentive. Was extremely surprised and awed by their support team. Cult fit are really penetrating well Into fitness and now into cycles market. Good job cult fit keep your customers happy and smiling.

I bought this bicycle for under 5k, and I think it's a good value for money. Pros: - Quite cheap, we don't get at this rate in showrooms. - Can be assembled in about 20 mins. - Easy to maintain, fun to ride. - Diet consultation and customized dieat plan by Cult.fit. Cons: - Uncomfortable seat - Brakes are of poor quality - Mudguards are too light, bad quality I need to mention especially the dietician consultant from cult.fit Anujitha who called up and scheduled a call to discuss about health, and created a customized diet plan and fitness regime for improving my health. There's a follow up consultation and blood checkup coming up after 3 months, I'm sure I'll be able to improve on health parameters. I'm glad to get this service and this is a surprisingly good value at this low price range of the product.

Installation was straightforward, and I had the bike up and running in no time. However, I believe that a few more explanatory videos regarding the assembling process could be beneficial for new buyers. I've been using this bike for the past two weeks, and it's been working like a charm. It's smooth to ride and handles city streets with ease. The bike also came with a complete set of accessories, which was a pleasant surprise. In summary, the Urban Terrain UT7000S27.5 Tokyo City Bike is worth every penny. It's a reliable and efficient choice for city commuting. I would highly recommend it, with the small suggestion of including more assembly explanation videos for a smoother setup experience. The package was good. I did the assembling myself and did it easily. If you have a 10, 12 and 14mm spanners it would be easier than the normal tools that comes with the package. Pros ; 1. Lightweight 2. Easy to maintain 3. Simple to ride 4. Value for money 5. Strong frame 6. Good tyres Cons; 1. Brakes are not good. When I received the package the front brake tensioning spring was broken and I replaced it after buying the part ( Only the full assembly available ₹250) from a nearby store. 2. Brakes needed adjustment almost every day as the cable and the mechanism is less durable. 3. The seat becomes loose even after tightening. If you want to have a budget single speed City bicycle then this is the obvious choice and I enjoy riding it as it is very nimble and easy to ride.

Product received to the average satisfaction. Cons: 1. After receipt of the product, came to know that the installation is extra @599, which was not mentioned before, anywhere. 2. After the installation, it's found that there were bent on front wheel Rim in two places & was rubbing the brake pads. 3. Had to go for dismantle the 1st product and assembly of replacement product. Waste of Time, Energy & Money. 4. No locknuts provided for air valves of both wheels. 5. The accessories are of very light quality, especially the mud flips. Pros: 1. Got front wheel replaced, after I got the complete product replacement from the supplier (returned all components back as it is after just replacing the front wheel). 2. Cycle is light and good for beginners. 3. Customer care will call promptly for installation services. 4. Cult sport Dietician service is Good (5 stars). One Ms. Rajitha called promptly as per appointment. Discussed existing diet and suggested a better diet plan. Good support from the Cult sport. Free Installation, bell & lock should be part of the standard price and package.
