– Kinesiology Tape 5cm x 5m, Pink, Waterproof Sports & Physio KT Tape

I bought a different brand from Amazon originally which became unstuck after 30mins. This tape has been in place now for 7 days even with showers and soaks in a bath. My physio recommended it and I watched videos on how to tape knees correctly. It did take me a couple of attempts to get the right lengths. I have stage 4 chondral disease in my left knee ( partial knee replacement pending) and osteoarthritis in both knees. I have tried numerous supports and knee braces but find they put too much pressure on my patella and increase pain. This tape provides a good level of support and worn with a patella support, enables me to continue my 5-8 mile walks per day. Inclines and declines are slightly less painful though I do still have to use walking poles. Also find it easier to do Pilates . The tape is comfortable and I haven't experienced any adverse reactions . I would highly recommend.

Excellent tape that doesn't come off in the shower. Also doesn't leave glue all over my feet, and the small amount it does leave comes off easily.

good quality but has no guide on the backing which makes it difficult if you need multiple strips of the same size

Arrived promptly and is value for money and works well Thank you

Not sure it's strong enough, but helping my knee and definitely a conversation starter so great for those amateur athletes needing an ice breaker

purchased this as physio used on my knee for a snapped tendon, great product. well priced.

Love Love Loveeeee. It was so comfy able to wear, it lasted for ages. If you follow tje included tutorials it’s so easy to use. 10/10.

Good support waterproof value for money

Alles gut

I used this product for my lower back pain associated with my pregnancy. I have to admit that the back ache disappeared as soon as I put it on. It definitely worked wonders!
