It doesn't do EXACTLY what the description says it does.
I bought this for my grandson for Easter to sit on his nightstand. I thought it was cute and could double as a little night light. Well, the light only stays on for five minutes. Disappointing. Not to mention, it is hard for me (a fit grandmother) to push the belly in to get the darn thing to light up let alone my two-year-old grandson. So how is he supposed to turn on his little guy. A bit disappointing. I also like to know how the Snuggle Pod's shapes create fun and calming light patterns when Snugbug shines inside the pod? Well, it DOES NOT do any of that. A bit of false advertising. Hasbro should have grandparents test the toys, not children. I gave it three stars because of its cuteness,

This was a gift for my daughter. It is very cute but the battery compartment is absolutely ridiculous, the springs fly off and it wouldn’t stay closed. I returned it and got a replacement and that was worse it was rusted and the screw was striped, I did email the manufacturer with pictures and proof but never got a response. I sent the replacement back as well and gave up.

A Must Have Toy!
My four year old suddenly developed a fear of the dark recently and would cry at bedtime and end up in my bed every night. Then Santa brought him six Glo Friends and voila! No more bedtime issues. These sweet little friends are the perfect size to sit at the edges of the bed and glow long enough for him to fall asleep. The accessories are adorable and sturdy. I’m buying the whole set now for my eventual grandchildren! I have never seen a cuter toy. We had no problems getting any of them to light up so I assume that issue has been fixed.

Adorable but hard to press
My kids (4&8) couldn't push this lil bug hard enough to turn it on...sometimes I could but I literally just started to step on it with my heel to make it glow then it turned off quickly. It was SUCH a cute toy I wish it was easier to use (maybe it was just ours?)

Difficult squeeze to get the light on. Overpriced.Expected a better quality product from Playskool. Will be returning it.
