Excellent step stool especially for those who want the reassurance of support when needing to reach up. No problem with delivery. I recommend it.

Does the job ok. Just wish that the support handle was a better fit.It is safe enough when pushed on over the 'pop out' spring loaded pins, but the handle wobbles about a bit.

I have had a Bergman stool for many years, this suited my wife and me perfectly, but unfortunately welded joints separated and the stool collapsed.Owing to experience, I had no hesitation in ordering a replacement.

My father loves it, his arm can't reach very high and this helps him to get to the top shelf!!

Screws don't made the step fit well & top hand rail is loose where it joins the base

Handle has a little movement so not great if nervous but pretty good overall.
