OMG SO easy
Let me just say that I don't usually write reviews, but I just installed this on my car and it went so smoothly I needed to brag. First it came with instructions, big plus, It looked easy but in my experience plastic clips SUCK, so I was a bit nervous. They recommended using a long screwdriver to pop out the old mirror, but I was able to slip my fingers behind the old mirror so I just pulled it out by hand, switched the wires, and used a towel to pop the new mirror back in, took less than five min. It's warm outside at the moment so I have couldn't really tell you how the defrosting part is going to work out but install was a breeze.

Exactly what I needed for my Toyota Corolla 2018, fits perfectly, easy/fast install.
I was skeptical when I ordered. I needed the glass with backing, autozone charged $50 for the glass without backing. When I got it I popped it in within 5 seconds, fits perfectly for my Toyota Corolla 2018. Thanks!

Thin and slanted view
The mirror is sooo thin that it bends and makes the view look slanted

Slightly Warped
I agree with the other reviews that state the mirror is not perfectly flat. After installing and trying to make sure it is completely seated, it is still warped. Therefore, it is hard to focus your eyes on the objects in the mirror. It does look and work just like a factory mirror, but just slightly warped.
