not as handy as original controller with a suction pad. Also one switch is quite unreliable. needs multiple pushes to continue raising the seat.

I had o e a few years. .o ed itI had one a few years ago. Loved it until it left me stranded in bottom of tub. Had to call someone to get me back on my feet and out.

i bought this chair lift for my elderly mother who is 101 we used it for less than a year the box said 4 year mfg warranty and the hand controller quit working when she was in the tub

I have had mine for less than a year and the hand control quit working also
