How accurate is this? I recently bought one from China different and not only was it not accurate but used.  Worried this will be a waste

How do you change the time on the thermometer? mine is off by 12 hours. (says pm instead of am).

Thank you for your inquiry Amazon Customer. The time should be synced with your phone settings. There is an option for 24 hours on the settings as well. Once you sync the thermometer to pair, take a temperature as well. Make sure to accept any new app updates on the device as well.

Can post-menopausal women by-pass app's menstrual cycle questions (I want to record/document low temperatures due to my hypothyroidism)?

Hello  Amazon Customer,

Thank you for reaching out.

To set up the account, you will have fill in the data on the signup page to get access into the app as this app is originally for people tracking fertility. But once you are given access, you can always go into into your profile and make the necessary changes  (such as selecting 'Im Pregnant' feature) so it will not require you to record a menstrual cycle, for ovulation predictions.  This will still allow you to use the other features for temperature recordings.
