Very good value for the $$
It is a substantial box size of LIFE cereal which I have always enjoyed. Just the right amount of sweetness without any sugar or honey. Add some fresh berries and you will have yourself and the family a decent breakfast in no time! I would purchase this in same sized box just have a decent sized tupperware container on hand to keep the product fresh. The packaging is nothing special.

LIFE cereal,here, is the original flavor that takes me back to fun breakfasts many years ago..Sadly, so many of todays foods have been over processed and many products have decreased in size. or changed in taste to save costs by their producers. Good price when there is not a sale in a store. The quality is good. I prefer the family size box since.emymfamilyneats cereal almost daily. Always fresh with a good crunch.
