Cons: I had problems connecting the main straight handlebar because the tube that connected the left and right straight bars was malfunctioning (the holes and pins did not match up exactly). The product did not come with an instruction manual and one of the round black plastic ends of the pull-up bar is uneven (barely noticeable, but not something I would want if I was gifting this product to someone).Pros: I contacted the company and they had fantastic customer service. They processed a refund when I told them I could not assemble the product due to a malfunctioning component. A couple days later, I tried to assemble the product one more time. It took a LOT of wrestling and pinched fingers, but it miraculously came together. I contacted the company to "undo" the refund, but the company said it was not necessary.The bar works well over my bathroom doorframe and I tested a couple of pull ups already-- very sturdy. The foam on the handles is also a plus. I took .5 stars off for assembly inconvenience/lack of instruction manual/slight aesthetics issues as noted above. Overall 4.5/5 stars for a well-priced product and excellent customer service. Great if you just want a simple, low-cost, pull-up bar for yourself at home.

The quality of the product and the price is ok. Their delivery is bad, expect more than a month to receive it. They also make it quite complicated to return it. So my advice is think twice, think hard before you buy
