Chose a double ear model and went higher priced hoping for better quality, and really believe we got it
Ours is a small but busy office with closely shared work spaces - phones could be higher quality, but just not in the budget. Thought upgrading our headsets would be helpful. Chose a double ear model and went higher priced hoping for better quality, and really believe we got it. The unit is a bit heavier than expected, but that's just fine. It adjusts and fits well, and the leather type ear pads are nice. Having the stereo sound helps, and yet the wearer isn't hindered from hearing workmates when needed. Very happy with this purchase and intend to add more.

Overall, a great product.
I work in a call center where i generally make 100+ outbound calls and take 50+ calls per day. Ordered this item to free up a hand for faster typing. As far as comfort goes, you can hardly tell it's there; even after wearing it 10 hours. Set-up was a breeze; just plug into back of phone, hook the quick connect together, and throw it on your head (voice tube in either side). The earpieces are fantastic and you can hear even the most spoken clients crystal clear. Lastly, i ran a test where i called my cell phone's voice mail and while i had my headset on intitiated a normal conversation (about sports) with an unknowing colleague that was standing about 3 feet away in order to test the voice tube and the noise cancelling feature descibed by the seller. When i listened to the voicemail; i could indeed hear my voice crystal clear, but i could also hear everything my colleague was saying crystal clear. I would have to say that this is kind of an issue for me but other than that it is a great product that seems durable and looks great too.

TrueVoice has decent customer service. Ordering their products from Amazon.com is risky.
I was able to use his headset only a handful of times before the microphone stopped working. Unfortunately my return window has passed and even though there was a 2-year waranty. Truvoice is requiring me to process the return through amazon: "Thank you for trying those actions for me. I reviewed your order and it was fulfilled directly by Amazon. You will have to follow Amazon return guidelines and they will take care of the reimbursement vs us. ". However amazon shows no options for return.

Disappointed
I was initially pleased with this purchase. Unfortunately, after a couple of days i noticed the sound was not as crisp and I was having a very hard time understanding/hearing the person on the other end. I thought it was too much of a coincidence that I was having trouble with calls one after the other. During one particularly challenging call, I switched to my employer-issued headset in the middle of the call and it made a huge difference. Very disappointed! This headset is not worth the price tag.

Sounds Great - Plug and Play on Polycom
Plug and play simplicity with my Polycom VOIP phone. Literally out of the box, plug in, make a call within 30 seconds. My phone immediately recognized it for volume control and handset to headset to speaker phone toggling. How easy is that?I love the dual earphones vs single for those longwinded conference callers...

They pay customers for 5 star reviews
A bit of a scam. With my order came a $64.95 bribe to write a 5 star review. The unit does feel nicely made. But when I plugged it into my Yealink 148G the headphone made a continuous buzz-buzz-buzz-pause sound.

Great product
The noise cancellation is great. I can still hear what is going on around me (which I appreciate), but it does cancel out most of the noise. I wear them all day and have no issues with them staying on my head. Never have experienced any discomfort.Highly recommend!

Very Muffled Sound
I'm looking to replace a Smith Corona $20 headset that I've had for years. I'm on the phone 2+ hours a day. The TruVoice had no high end frequency response so the calls sound muffled. My wife said it sounded very good on her end when I was talking to her but I could hardly understand her. Switched back to the SC and she was clear. Also, not very comfortable ear pads or head piece.
