I have tried two other flavors of this Salud energy drink powder mix but I really love the guava one the best. After seeing how much my husband was getting done during the day after drinking these energy drinks I decided to try them as well. Wow I get a lot more done in a day and can stay up a little later to read in bed. I grew up eating guavas so they are a real favorite. I sometimes drink this at 5:30 am and can stay up till 9 pm. I do not find that the caffeine in these makes me jittery, just more focused. I think I write better reviews when I can think and process things more clearly! I believe because I'm over 55 and have some long-covid fatigue these drink mixes really help me function at a higher level. The flavor is great, I'm getting more hydration and the drink mixes blend really well in a bottle of water. I am of course not a doctor, so this review is not medical advice. ~The Rebecca Review

Am fixated on Salud! The guava flavor is my favorite with horchata a close second. I used to drink an energy drink a day and have the crash from it. With Salud I have the energy and no crash.

Buy this product. You will not be disappointed. The flavor is rich, yet not too sweet. I trust that the ingredients are what they claim because you don't taste that heaviness afterward that you feel from drinking fruit juices. No jitteriness, low sugar content, high vitamin content, and perfect hydration. I have tried almost all the flavors of Salud and I love them all. Just a little note, I use more water than the suggested amount, but that's just my taste.

A friend of mine gave me one packet and i loved it so im glad i was Able to find some more…..it has great mixability, it’s so refreshing, good ingredients, and such a good value and the hydration is a 10/10

This stuff is a little pricey, but such is the way of the world when you’re dealing with quality. Not everything that is overpriced equates to quality, but this stuff helps me out a lot, and also gives me the ability to mix up my stimulant routine. Sometime it’s espresso sometime it’s juice shots with the energy base. Focused time is one of my supplements and to make sure that my body doesn’t get used to any one particular one I’m also able to throw in a slue into the mix for a little variety. Pricey, but I’m very happy with the product.

Did not like the guava at all-tastes artificial. Not sure if the energy ones all taste different but won’t be buying again. The electrolyte ones are good-cucumber lime, hibiscus are both great.

Taste good , the only thing I would fix is the little bit of after taste but other then that its good !!!

I bought this to try out for the caffeine with theanine and vitamin Bs. The caffeine content says 200mg, but I didn’t feel the effects compared to taking 100-150mg of caffeine from Amino Energy or a cup of strong black coffee. I am not one with caffeine tolerance, but I found that I had to use 1.5 packets. The taste is great with only 1 gram of sugar. It mixes well with water making for a smooth texture. The price is $30 for 15 packets, which isn’t necessarily budget friendly, making it spendy compared to some of the other powdered pre-workouts that also have cleaner ingredients.
