There are many credible research studies about the use of graviola (soursop) for various types of cancer, inflammation, diabetes, etc. Great, right!?!? Well, the problem is that it is also implicated with various severe conditions such as nerve damage, an atypical type of Parkinson's, kidney disease, and more. It's true that many of these conditions are associated with eating the fruit, but the leaves also have the same substances. Until there is more research done on the safety of the leaf extract, you are using it at risk to your health. It also should not be taken with CoQ10 or antidepressants, as it will neutralize the effects of these.

Discrepancy Between Label And Product Page
On the product page under the, "About This Item," it is claimed that this is the strongest extract in the market at 15:1 extract ratio. The label on the bottle says that it is a 4:1 ratio. That large of a discrepancy means I can only give it three stars, even though it seems to be an otherwise good product. While I haven't noticed anything in particular since taking this product, I do believe in the health benefits of soursop. So my guess is that this product is working for me behind the scenes.
