Great customer service. Product works great. Noise level is low and it was very easy to install.

The fan motor replacement was fairly straight forward. You just need to be careful and test the product before installation. Had to change the fan on the new one with the old fan because the shaft seemed a bit long. It worked fine after installation and pleased so far with the purchase and how fast it was shipped.

I have bought 2 of these bathroom ventilators, and the are the exact dimensions as the old ones. They tool a bit of balancing, but in about 5 minutes they were running perfectly. The old units were about 40 years old, and had become annoyingly loud to my wife. So I replaced them. I would recommend to anyone.

Amazon is immediately sending a replacement for this broken on delivery bathroom fan.I checked the fit and it’s a perfect fit. Mounting bracket is a one to one match, electrical cord reaches. But fan arrived damaged and unusable.I’ll update when it arrives.

I bought 2 of these units in 2024. Neither was usable at all, due to 2 utterly basic design and manufacturing flaws that made it impossible to assemble the units in any kind of usable or safe manner. I'm returning them, along with a fair amount of colorful exclamations as I pack them. DETAILS: They shipped with the fan barrel detached from the motor assembly and in a separate inner box. This is actually a huge improvement over other versions I've bought in the past, which shipped with the entire unit assembled, resulting inevitably in the fan barrel getting bent in transit, and thus forever off-center (even with the most attentive wrangling and elbow grease), resulting in wobble and loud noise in actual use. ONLY ONE FATAL PROBLEM with both of the units I got this latest time: the tiny Allen bolt simply cannot be tightened enough to truly secure the fan barrel to the spinner shaft! It appears that the bolt's hole may not have been drilled *quite* all the way through? At a certain point, the bolt just barely comes into contact with the spinner shaft, but cannot go any further. The result: the fan barrel just slides right off. This is obviously unacceptable -- you can't have a fan with that kind of speed just flying apart! What's more, there is a bolt securing what I think is an electrical ground to the motor's support brackets that just happens sit *directly* under the edge of the fan barrel spinning above it. But alas: the fan barrel easily slides right down to full contact with the metal brackets (and the ground's bolt). So -- during assembly, your best/only hope is to manually situate the fan barrel right at the very, very tippy end of the spinner shaft, tighten the heck out of the Allen bolt, and hope you've managed to get enough clearance -- and tightness -- to prevent scraping when the thing is running. Really a fundamentally terrible design decision. But even the poor workaround is hopeless: you can't fully tighten the bolt!

Water to change the fart fan so I looked on the internet and it popped up as sold on Amazon. It match the moter I was looking for. It was exactly the same swapped it out And it worked great. My fan is not working well but I realized it's the box the fan attached to is the issue. Fan was great as advertised

It was so easy to replace the motor and fan and saving ceiling drywall repair as well. The only downside to this fan is ? It’s very loud.
