Good original equipment replacement
Used blade to replace original blade on meat grinder. Worked as good as the original.

Great product. Fits the sausage grinder and plate perfectly. And as recommended each plate should have its own knife. Would highly recommend. Good price

It was a very good match for my Weston pro 8 grinder it replaced my worn out knife. Great product!

I have not had to use this yet. Just needed a spare to keep on hand. It seems identical to the original and am sure when I do need to use it that it will work great.

Buying the stainless blade and plate as a pair is the best kept secret in grinding meats.
Easy to use and if bought with the plate and kept and used AS A PAIR, they will break-in together. This will make grinding much easier. Stainless is definitely the way to go.
