The information in this manual is the result of a popular workshop the author developed in 2012 and continue to teach a series of 8 week classes. Her students have improved and in many cases resolved and healed their sciatic pain with the approach outlined in this manual. As a bonus the author included stretches for a sore back and relaxation poses. Since publication, the manual has become a resource for yoga teachers, Chiropractors, Registered Massage Therapists and Occupational Therapists. Large 8.5 x 11 format. Many exercised in this book helped. Not all. Anyone who knows about back and sciatic issues knows everyone can vary slightly regarding rehab that will do the job. This book is solid in that it provides careful instruction about use of exercises and caveats about when to back off a bit.Very much appreciate professional vendors like this. Thanks so much.

Somewhat helpful. Make sure you know what problem is, though. Don't assume Sicatica...it mightbe something else (as occurred in my case.) Still the exercises in this book are excellent and easy to understand.Has encouraged me to take a yoga class.

Good pamphlet, barely consider it a book.
This is more like an information packet or brochure rather than a book. Some good information, but expensive for the small amount you get.

It worked. I couldn't believe it. It's really a short, basic book. Sciatic pain was gone by 2nd day that i tried these exercises. The problem is that you have to be careful with some of the stretches. I actually strained another muscle while getting rid of the the sciatic issue. I now incorporate some form of these exercises in my weekly routine. My sciatic pain made it hurt to walk, run, and even sit. I am very athletic and participate in various sports. Having that type of annoying pain was depressing. This book was priceless to me. Especially since I didn't have to go to a doctor which was going to be my next step.

The exercises are all very good and somewhat helpful, but my back problems resulted from a fall and are too complicated to remedy with exercise. Nonetheless I think it's very helpful.

I'm sure it's a great book if you like yoga... Which is what is used for their response to sciatica pain, I'm physically unable to do YOGA so this was a waste of money for me
