Amazing shower head - but be warned if you remove the flow restricting insert
While this shower head doesn't have many of the features of those heads available at Costco or other similar big box wholesale stores, it certainly looks like a million bucks. We have water softeners (a main contributor to the long term appeal of this head) so we don't get any scale or water spots on the shower head. It still shines like a million bucks. Don't blame the head for your poor water quality - as many reviewers have done on here. Shiny chromed plastic/metal parts need good water or high maintenance to shine.Features - dual head spray, single head spray (removable or larger head only) -- soft spray jet, strong jet, and weird massage-but-not-massage spray ++ pause button that SUCKS if you have a hot water re-circulation pump...(more on this later)For starters - I did not test this with the flow restricting device; I removed it immediately. However, in hindsight, I should have done a comparison. The insert was NOT easy to remove on my unit, but that may vary by how it's pressed in at the factory. I took it out without incident and threw the unit together and slapped it on my water line. Took all of about 5 minutes as I took extra care to wrap the parts in a cloth as to protect them from tool marring.Shower head pulls a TON of water without the restricting insert. WOW. I can drain my water heater in about 10 minutes as opposed to my previous head which took me about 20 minutes. It does have a high rate of spray and will get your walls wet above what you're normally used to. The removable head is magnetically aligned and seated into the larger head and will fall out if not seated properly. We have a water pipe hanging shower caddie - this does not make for easy seating of the removable head. We have had it fall and the high-pressure water spray everywhere while giving the kids showers. It makes for a good laugh...the first time. The dual head mode is great for good water coverage, but it will effectively increase your water consumption by 40%. It doesn't have as many orifices as the removable head, but it will reduce the pressure of both heads. The box states it gives more even heat distribution, but it will reduce the heat concentration in order to even it out. It makes sense from a heat transfer standpoint, so you just need to turn up your hot water, and thus, reduce your shower time because you've increased the hot water flow rate by x*40%.The pause button is great for saving water. BUT, if your farthest point of return - on the hot water side - is in your bathroom, you're going to get pure hot water when you unpause the shower head. You'll have to understand how a hot water pump works in order to wrap your head around it - or you can just take my word for it. I guess this is true with any shower head you pause - but I felt like mentioning it so that you don't blast yourself with incredibly high pressure, boiling hot water.Great shower head overall. I am happy with it. Disappointed with the lack of usable features, but it's worth the trade off for the extra water coverage and aesthetics.

Good showerhead, but read this review before you buy ANY model from this listing.
This is the 2nd 'concentric' dual-use handheld/stationary Delta shower head I've purchased. Since we moved and the first one from 2017 is no longer available, I picked this one, in chrome (would actually have really liked a white one, since that's the color of the pipe in the new bathroom).DO NOT pay the extra ~$100 for the "2.5gpm" version of this shower head in ANY of the finishes. Instead, before installing, simply unscrew the main (stationary) head from the attachment fitting, remove the strainer/washer combo from the other side, then push a small screwdriver or other flat tipped rod-shaped object through the side where the stationary head was to force the restrictor out. It's a little blue thing embedded deeply in the housing attachment with a small black ring around the inner section. It pushes right out. With the restrictor plate removed, the pressure is awesome and our new house even has kinda low pressure all around compared to the old one. Unless you're really trying to conserve water, want to preserve the useless - probably never to be needed anyway - warranty or don't like a high pressure shower (it can be modulated even with the restrictor removed) you're far better off without it in there. Heck, if you're still concerned about warranty, just be very careful in pushing out the restrictor and save it. You can always force it back in without leaving any evidence that it was removed.I say you won't need the "useless" warranty because otherwise, all in all, this is a very well constructed shower head, even though the actual heads are plastic. The attachment where the restrictor is and which links the hand held part with the stationary head is made of a good solid metal, as is the hose, so I can't see those two parts failing in a reasonable lifetime of using this product.Again, I had a previous version for 4+ years without the restrictor and it was still working like a champ, even with hard water. With the restrictor removed: 5/5With the restrictor intact - or the 2.5gpm uber expensive version - 2/5

Excellent shower head with a lot of options!
I upgraded to this shower head a few weeks ago and am really impressed. There are a lot of options for how to change the water flow and the hand held being mounted with magnets works really well. Only issue was that with the restrictor in it the pressure was just far too low, however once it was removed the pressure was great! So here are some tips.It does not come with teflon tape, so buy yourself a small roll (1/2 inch is fine) and use it wrap all connections to ensure you will not have any leaks. If you like showers with higher pressure, you will want to remove the restrictor plate before installing the shower head. Fortunately It is very easy to remove. First step is to remove the rubber o-ring that has a mesh in it. I just used a pair of small needle nose pliers and pulled out the seal. Be careful not to damage it. Second you will need to remove the plastic water flow restrictor. I found the easiest way to remove it was just to use a wine bottle opener. Twist it into the plastic and when you have a grip on it pull the restrictor out. That is it! Now put the rubber o-ring back in place and you are ready to install your new shower head. I have attached some photos showing how to remove the restrictor plate.

Delta Faucet 5 Spray - Just Perfect!!
I absolutely love this Shower Combo. It matches my Kohler Brushed Bronze (colour no longer available) fittings perfectly. I find the water pressure really good. Although to be honest, the screen in my old shower head was quite corroded and I guess I just got used to the poor pressure. I have only used it a couple times so far and have spent most of the time playing with all the different spray options. It was a bit expensive but I think it will be worth it.

Buen producto pero es Caro
El precio es alto considerando que está hecho en su mayoría de plástico sin embargo la funcionalidad es buena me gusta el producto pero descargó

Great design, somewhat low water pressure at certain settings
Great design, but delivers somewhat low water pressure when all nozzles are in use (you can switch it between using some or all nozzles)
