I install autoglass professionally and i am completely satisfied with this product. It works as it should with plent of blade adjustments. All that you get with this kit for the price is a really great deal. My only complaint is the flat blade could have been sharpened better. But as long as you know how to use the tool, you will be happy with this tool. Thank you very much.

Breaks glass

I used it to remove the glue from my 2011 Honda Ridgeline window, this saved me nearly 60 dollars, but it took me some practice to get the angles right, once you get the angle and strength right, easy job. I will try it on my home window.

Work great got the seal cut and the windshield out with no problem. Some reviews said it didn't work. Don't understand why. Cutting a windshield seal is like eating a sandwich one bit at a time. I had to make three passes on the bottom of the windshield because of the factory seal. Will buy again. if needed

I bought this kit to replace my cracked windshield. I'm very handy and do a lot of DIY projects in our home and on our cars. As soon as I started using the kit one of the small screwheads broke off. Then another broke off which caused the attachments to no longer lock into place. Leaving the kit useless. Upon further examination I also noticed the larger screws on the backside were practically falling off. I tightened them, but the product was still unusable. I was not able to get my windshield off using this product and had to improvise to finish the removal. To say this was inconvenient would be an understatement. I did not buy this product thinking it was be suitable for less than a 1 time use. Very poor quality item.

This kit comes with everything shown and is very study in design. However it's downfalls are on it's performance and or that of the user. I'm not very knowledgeable on window removal but I enjoy giving things a try for myself and learn the hard way. This is definitely a difficult task and I would recommend it to the pros. I couldn't get the blade to get behind the glass without damaging the paint job and when I did the blade bent very easily and then would not budge. I think this tool would be perfect for older vehicles that have cheap urethane or maybe the urethane needs to be heated up prior to using this tool, either way it does not cut like I was expecting.
