Useless product, requested amazon for return. Even return process is not smooth with this vendor. Please avoid purchasing this useless product and worst customer service vendor.

I am writing this review 20 months after purchasing. Happy with the product. For past ~2 years, I was using once almost every week while going out.. Used to carry my purse, water bottles, umbrella, phone and few other essential items.. Good quality material, zip, stitching etc.. Still in good condition.. Hope the company maintains the quality...
