This gorgeous necklace is high-quality and non-irritating to the skin. I not only have sensitive skin, I have sensory issues so I don't wear any jewelry beyond a sports watch. However, since purchasing my VICUSSE Stainless Steel Mindful Breathing Necklace, I am now a necklace wearer. This necklace is more than a statement piece that matches with everything, it is an exceptionally effective tool to reduce anxiety and stress and regulate the breath! As soon as I got it, I took a deep breath and blew it out through the necklace and felt instant relief and calm - in just one breath! I wear it all day while I work and always use it to take a few deep, intentional breaths before meetings to settle my mind. When I feel the stress rising and my breath gets raggedy, I feel so fortunate to have a tool I can use, readily accessible to help me get back on track! The one thing I didn't expect from this whistle was how calming of an effect it has on me. Anytime I start to feel anxious, I simply just blow on this. While there is a small noise, it's nothing loud where it will alarm people. I have noticed that it does perk up animals' attention but other than that, this is the only thing I've seen or noticed with it. This does come with a chain, but I personally have this on a longer one just for my preference. I have numerous chains and this whistle will fit on all of the. Super easy to use and has really helped me a lot better than some of those fidget toys that they sell. Plus, its super easy to clean and so far it hasn't discolored my skin or the whistle itself.

This product isn’t small, the chain is quite heavy. It isn’t for appearance. It’s not comfortable to wear has it is not lightweight. Hasn’t helped improve my breathing techniques as I’ve had this for months. I don’t recommend. It just sits in a drawer in my room.

if your buying it for looks then great its worth it, but if ur trying to quit smoking its totally worthless in every way

this was a nice necklace for a bit. it doesn’t replace the feeling of vaping exactly but it does make you practice good breathing techniques so it was beneficial. however, after just five days, the necklace broke. I don’t know if i had a faulty product or if they’re all like that, but just a warning!

It's a huge help with my quitting smoking journey. Really calms me down. I wish it didn't look like a whistle, nonetheless it's my saving grace.

Concept is great. Never turned a different color. I wore it constant even in the shower. Chipped 2 teeth. Blow hole could be a bit bigger for someone who has asthma.

Doesnt help with quitting smoking. The need for a nicotine hit will still be there. It just helps with a substitute of having something in your mouth like as if you’re smoking
