Tastes like pineapple
Just tried it, and I like the taste. Tastes like pineapple. Just love the combination of glycine, and NAC. Great for detoxing. Crystallized powder can even be used in hot liquids, as well as cold. Nice price too.

Taste is fine; better deep sleep
UPDATE #2, May 2026: Yuck! I have been ordering this for a couple of years and it always tasted good. A new one arrived and it tastes kind of horrible. Really makes me wonder if it is the same thing. I used to look forward to it. UPDATE: I was at the bottom of the container so I poured the rest of the powder into my water. It was probably a scoop and a half. Wow. I will be doing a scoop and a half for a while as my sleep was literally the best in the whole 2 1/2 years I have been wearing my tracker. I will include a screenshot which shows I “beat 99% of users”. Only the second time I have scored above 70 on deep sleep continuity. 1) this is the only product I found with all 3 highly recommended supplements in 1. 2) I use about 3 oz of water, stir well and drink it down quickly so it doesn’t settle. It’s fine! 3) I wear a tracker and my deep sleep continuity was pretty terrible. I had much bigger chunks on the graph after the first two nights (so far) of using this, and almost a hour extra of deep sleep (not overall sleep, which has been fine). That is very important to me. Previous graphs looked like a fine-toothed comb. If you’re here, you already know the benefits.

Great product
Product mixes smoothly with no graininess and tastes great! Especially great after an evening of cocktails and curbing that next day headache and regret. Very effective product!

You don’t know until you try.
I bought this based on a YouTube video. Just took my first serving with creatine. Flavor is not good, as it seems they forgot to add a sweetener to enhance the flavor profile. So plane on adding this to a fruit juice or order unflavored if it’s offered. It might just the way the vitamin tastes. Anyway it’s doable and I’ll review again later to see if I finish it, and if it had any positive effects.
