High strength vitamin D that’s easy to take and actually made a difference
I started taking this vitamin D after my blood tests showed my levels were low, which honestly wasn’t a surprise. Especially living in the UK and spending a lot of time indoors in the winter. One of the main reasons I went for this one was the strength. 4000 IU felt like the right option for me, and I also really liked that it’s a full year supply, so I can just take it daily and not think about it. I’ve been taking this alongside my iron supplement, which is also from Nutrition Geeks, and I’ve been really happy with the brand overall. I feel that together they’ve made a noticeable difference. My energy feels better, especially in the mornings, and I don’t feel quite as wiped out by the end of the day anymore. The tablets are tiny and very easy to swallow, which I really appreciate, and I’ve had absolutely no side effects at all. They’ve been very gentle for me. Overall, this has been a really simple and effective way to support my vitamin D levels. Great strength, easy to take, and excellent value for money considering it lasts a whole year. I’ll happily buy from this brand again.

Easy to take… but kind of uneventful
Bought this vegetarian D3 hoping to feel a bit more sunshine in my soul (or at least in my bones). The drops are super easy to take and the packaging is solid—no complaints there. But after a few weeks? I haven’t noticed any real difference. No mood boost, no energy spike, not even a placebo pep in my step. That said, it’s vitamin D, not magic. Maybe the benefits are all internal and quiet… like a ninja helping my immune system behind the scenes. It’s a decent product if you’re just looking to cover your nutritional bases. Just don’t expect to start glowing with health immediately.
