Protein Content - 10/10 26 grams per serve Price - 10/10 i got 500g form Rs 578 which is great value for money Taste - 10/10 Tastes delicious, especially with cold water and does not linger in your mouth for long. Mixability - 10/10 dispappears in water witihin seconds with no lumps, giving a smooth drink Viscosity - 10/10 not too thick like other protein supplements Digestion - 10/10 very light, feels like just a drink of water

lemme tell you straight up its good its really good not to sweet and perfect value for money at this price point but the thing is that as all other plant protein it has that chalky texture to it but the protein profile is good and if you are looking for protein at this price point it is pretty good i mean what do you expect at this price point be realistic it also has vitamisn belnd you can find the info at the old label in the 500g varieint as the new one doesnt show it and plus at first it can be hard to swallow if not mixed properly one trick mix it with peanut butter or someting of your choice and the chalky texture is gone and yeah all in all its pretty good at first i was skeptical but yeah atp this was a good option considering the price so give it a try again everyone has its own preference
