These are so comfortable for working out, the grip on the bottom is perfect for holding you in place when stretching, doing pilates, or lifting weights. The only problem is there is no air flow so your feet become soaking wet with sweat and then smell really funky.

I purchased these to use on a recent trip to Florida where I used them for kayaking and then visiting the beach. I usually wear a woman’s size 7 1/2 to 8. I believe that I ordered the medium. I received them in a timely manner which was great. I found them to be mostly comfortable. The rubber bottoms are very nice in that they cover the end of the toes and back of the heel. The rubber is also textured so it has a nice grip. I found them to be pretty comfortable and they worked well for kayaking. They generally did okay on the sand as long as I didn’t submerge the top of them. The downside though is that they weren’t snug enough around the ankle to keep the sand out especially when in the water at the beach. They were just fine when I put my feet in the calmer water of the intercostal water way for the kayaking.When I was at the beach I ended up just periodically rinsing off my feet and washing the sand out of them. I think they work better in a setting where there isn’t so much wave action to churn up the sand; however, this might also be the case with other brands too.

These are ok but the inside of the sock is rubber which is cold to my feet. I wanted something warm and snug for winter time indoors and they don’t quite fit the bill. I kept them rather than returning

These are great! You can even wear them in a puddle of water... Great for going out to grab the mail, or going out in the grass to take the puppy out to potty.
