Great book, brings together physical and mental elements for high performance
I have thoroughly enjoyed reading this book, it has given me great insight to what it really takes to preform at a high level, it gives goods tips and exercises for becoming physically best shape you can, but also brings in the mental element, it shows how the two sides of high performance, both mental and physical can combine to create an athletes best version of themselves.
