Works as advertised. I recommend testing some nails on similar wood to determine the air pressure level you need before starting your project. Easy to load & use. Accepts multiple size nails. Good value for the price& cheaper than the big box stores!

I’ve been using the Ryobi R18GN18-0 Nailmaker for a few weeks now on a small home project, and I’m honestly impressed. It feels well-balanced in the hand — not too heavy, but sturdy enough that you know it’s built to last. The grip has a nice texture so it doesn’t slip even if you’ve been working for a while. Performance-wise, it delivers nails smoothly with no jams so far. I really like that it’s cordless (part of the ONE+ system) because it makes it super convenient to move around without dragging a cord or air hose. The trigger is responsive, and the depth adjustment is straightforward, which is great for switching between different types of wood. Noise level is reasonable — obviously not silent, but quieter than I expected for a nail gun. The battery life has been excellent; I was able to get through an entire afternoon of trim work on one charge using a 4.0Ah battery. If I had to nitpick, I’d say it’s not the lightest tool in the shed, so after a long stretch of work you do feel it in your arm. But for the convenience, build quality, and the fact that it’s part of the Ryobi ONE+ lineup (so I can swap batteries with my other tools), it’s totally worth it.

So far this nailer has functioned flawlessly. Easy to use, easy to adjust nail depth. Looking forward to my next project with it.

The product arrived two days earlier than expected, the product is new and works well. Thanks TheCountryButler, good job. Update april 02: Two days after purchasing it had a problem, it stuck a nail and it froze, the battery had to be removed and it did the same thing again, the solution was to use 3 in 1 oil to lubricate the tab that hits the nails, with that It is working 100% again. Update january 19, 2025: Despite having lubricated the tab of the machine, it would freeze on some occasions, the final solution I found was to add W40 inside of the machine in the tab, for example, you lift the lid to remove the stuck nails and at the end you can see a hole where the tab comes from, there at the bottom, I shot W40 and since then it has worked very well, I have assembled two pieces of furniture very quickly and easily, since I have it I have not put screws in small things or things that do not require much effort. Another important detail, you must keep the trigger pressed until the nail goes in completely, because if you remove it before the machine freezes and the light flashes. I hope this information is useful to you, because it caused me a lot of headaches not knowing this before.

The gun works good

I like it. As a DIYer, this is great. I have the compressor and air brad nailer but it takes a while to set it up. This is convenient and worth while.

This product is an absolute joke. I used it for maaaaybe a half a magazine of Brad nails before it stopped shooting them into the boards properly. Unfortunately I didn’t get to use it in time for the return window. So now it goes in the trash. Attempted customer support, they suggested oiling, new battery and a couple other things.. Tried all of them. Nothing worked.

Works really nice, just because it’s a Ryobi doesn’t necessarily make it bad anymore… Ryobi has really stepped up its game recently. I will ( and have) buy more Ryobi in the future

As I have standardized on the Ryobi One 18V system I decided to buy this to complete my setup. Works perfectly, very clear instructions and so far zero mis fires or jams. Seems a high quality brad nailer which is very easy to use
