First off, I saw this being used on tiktok or maybe it was Insta...anyway, it unlocked a memory of being a teen or maybe a kid, and my mom used one.A bit about me, I have sensitive skin, red hair, and cannot stand stubble- sensory ick for me.I can only really shave my legs once a week or every 8- 10 days, because otherwise my skin will burn so bad and get strawberry skin/inflammation. I was looking for something I could use inbetween shaving, since summer is coming, and having to schedule pool days around days you can shave, is really annoying.I tried it and it does work like it advertises! I cannot believe how much dead skin I have! I did use it on dry skin, and ow! I do have a burn after usage. Cons: dry skin= burn, doesn't like my knees and under thighs very much. But, oh well, I can shave it later.I will use it in the shower next and see how it goes. But so far, I will continue to use it inbetween shaving to get rid of the stubble.I have a preteen daughter that brought up wanting to shave her legs for the first time, so I really think this will be her first "razor". I really think there is a bit of a learning curve (i.e.- dry versus damp/wet legs, not over using it on areas, and realizing you only need light pressure in a circular motion).I did see others comment on leaving stubborn hair, and using aloe instead of lotion after use- so I'll try that next too.Please note: it says in the directions to NOT USE ON UNDERARMS & FACE*** thought I'd put that in here if you are questioning the areas to use it on.

As soon as I opened th box and used this on my one leg i was IN LOVE. So easy, great exfoliation, made my legs super soft, its small and portable etc. But sadly, after about 10min i noticed razor burn on my legs and they hurt to the touch in certain spots. Idk if this is because i used it 2 days in a row? The box says use every 2 to 3 WEEKS but there is no way you could go that long in between. My hairs had grown back the next day because it's not as close as a razor shave. So it may work fabulous for some people but probably not a good option if you get razor burn from shaving.

*Updated review. The customer service team for this was incredible to work with. They reached out to me on their own to resolve the issue. I was very impressed!I followed the instructions on the packaging, but it took a long time for any hair to come out, then it made my skin red and irritated. I put lotion on my skin to help make it smooth, but that wasn’t smart, since the lotion made the skin really burn. It wasn’t worth it to buy. I wouldn’t recommend.

I had rotator cuff surgery on my right shoulder and was having terrible shaving with me left so I bought this. My goodness, it is great! My legs are so smooth! No shaving cream. I did irritate one spot because of a stubborn hair but immediately put aloe on it and it’s fine. As others said, if you have stubborn hairs just leave them. If your picky like me you can get it next time in the shower with your razor or just go for it or put aloe on it. Up to you. I have only used on my legs but I think my husbands might like using this on his shorter hairs on his chest too. I really love this little thing!

I can’t believe I just now discovered this. It left my legs feeling so smooth! I will say this much though, if you’ve already done an area for a few times and still see a few hairs there, LEAVE IT ALONE! Listen to me on this, muster up the strength and ignore those hairs until the next day at least or your legs will be BURNING! But this thing is so worth it, still trying to get the hang of it still but it does give you a nice shave when you get it right and it also gets all that dead skin off. It’s worth the buy!!
