New Balance Women's WW665WB Fitness Walking Shoe

I have been wearing New Balance fitness walking shoes for over 10 years. The heel strike needed for the heel toe of a proper fast walk is greatly supported by New Balance and the only brand that treats walkers with respect and does not throw us in with runners. This shoe is the most improved in the line! The fit is fantastic, and snugs up nicely. It really is an attractive shoe, functional, and very lite. LOVE IT!

Instant comfort, wore them 6 hours first day. They are all synthetic, therfore great for people who shun leather. Good support, roomy toe area, and deliciously light weight (8oz. per shoe). I don't feel like my feet are in hot boxes! Just what I need for Atlanta, GA summer. My last pair of New Balance walking shoes (discontinued) lasted forever and I walk a LOT. As these are lighter weight, it's uncertain how long they will hold up. For this reason I withhold one star and will update my review after the summer.

I have been buying New Balance sneakers for years. They are generally comfortable, durable and fit well. These sneakers are also comfortable and fit well. However, the inserts in these no longer have an arch support, and the materials used to decorate the sneakers look flimsy and cheap compared to the New Balance sneakers I already own, all of which were purchased a few years ago.

I've never bought a pair of shoes from Amazon before, and was a little nervous buying them over the internet, for fear of them not being true to size. I ordered a size 10, which is what I normally wear, and they fit perfectly. They're comfortable and lightweight too.

I have arthritis from head to toe. New Balance is one of the Choice of MDs for support. This fit as expected. I did wear all day. It was fine.I had NO blisters or break in process. Yes a little stiff at first like all shoes. and being a Nurse I should have done half days But that being saidI had no discomfort. Love New Balance

I bought my normal size in this shoe, but it was tight with athletic socks. I have started to run into this with New Balance of late. Not sure if they are making these for people who walk on their lunch hour or what, but I walk with athletic socks not dress socks. I returned the first pair (Amazon was excellent, as always), and ordered the same shoe, same size, but in a wide width. Did the trick.I have had them a few weeks now, and they are comfortable for walking.

I do not know what it is about newer produced sneekers..... all the sizes are way too small and way to narrow in the toe area (side to side). Are ALL sneekers now made in China? If so, China, America has larger feet and need more support. Double check all of your American "sizes" so they coorspond to what we are use too. If I want a size 8 in USA sizes I now have to go up to a 9-1/2 to 10-1/2 to try to make them work but the width is sooooooo narrow too.

I walk several miles a day due to my job and needed a new pair of shoes so I ordered these. I love New Balance and have never been let down by their products-until now. The shoes fit my feet perfectly but the support is very, very poor and within two days I was in pain. I had to give up using the shoes and went back to an older pair until I can get something else. First time New Balance has let me down.
