Mystic Medicine Mandala Coloring Book: 80 Patterns for Health and Peace

Disappointed. 95% of the book are designs that a 5 year old could color. Would be a good book to use coloring crayons on. It would be nice if the authors gave a preview of some of the drawings.

I have several coloring books, but none hold my attention like these beautiful mandalas do! It helped me remember how soothing and centering the act of simple coloring can be. I bought several so I can share with friends over the holidays. Just another great creation from Dr. Keesha Ewers! Her books and her process have had a profound impact on my life, resonating deeply with my 20’yr experience with, and quest to resolve, auto-immune issues. How easy it is for us to just “keep running” until our tank is empty. Take a moment and just draw, breathe and reflect. The best answers come in the quiet moments.
