First it didn't quite fit because the stock fan has a notch this doesn't have so it wouldn't fit in the same space without a little grinding. I tried it anyways before bothering to do that and the fan wouldn't even spin up. Same color wiring in the same order. Connector is snug. Just seems totally dead. So 1 star for the dead aspect. Great replacement for stock NUC fan.

2 replacements and both had issues
I received the 1st fan and it worked fine for a few days and then started making noise for a bad fan. Requested replacement, replaced the fan with the 2nd fan and it barely spins and the unit keeps getting hot. Sending the 2nd one back now for a refund and ordering from another manufacturer.

Bought this as a replacement fan for one that was failing. Sounds horrible.
