KitchenCraft Mini Pudding Mould Set of 4, Anodised Aluminium, 7.5 cm, Silver

The mini pudding mould set I bought to make stick toffee pudding. They are good quality moulds and perfect size for individual portions. Arrived on time and very well packed so they wasn't damaged during delivery.

I bought these to make chocolate fondants with and they worked amazingly. Really happy with the size of them and how easy to clean they are. A little disappointed that they arrived (in packaging) looking a little bit worse for wear with little scratches and marks on. They look a bit cheap and you can see weird marks in the base, which are actually from the engraving on the bottom. That said, they did the job for baking so overall am happy.

I bought 2 sets of these basins to use for Christmas pudding and have been very pleased with them. Having individual puddings helped with portion control and made it very easy to cook and later re-heat them in my steamer. The puddings were very easy to turn out and the basins are easy to clean. They stack inside each other for storage and so take up very little space in the cupboard when not in use. Highly recommended.

These are absolutely fantastic for making individual hot or cold puddings, they are far superior to using traditional ramekins or lined moulds. If you are making a cold pudding such as a Summer Pudding, you don't have to line the mould with cling film, when they are ready the puddings just require a slight tap and they fall out. The same applies to hot puddings,such a sponge or fondant, just pour the mixture into the mould, when they're cooked just give them a tap and the pudding comes right out, they are brilliant!

I had never made melting middle chocolate fondants before and wanted to try them before having dinner guests over Easter. They are the perfect size. I buttered them extremely well with melted butter then covered the butter with cocoa powder. Once the fondants were cooked they just fell out of the moulds with no need to run a knife around. Brilliant ! Remember - hand wash ONLY !

Love these little basins, ideal for individual steamed puddings , chocolate fondants (easy to remove too.), and all sorts of other things. These are my second lot of this type of basin I've had my others for years and they still look like new but because they are so versatile I needed more. They were delivered within a few days

The four mini-basins are packed in a transparent, hard plastic outer. They are interleaved with tissue paper to make it easy to separate them but unfortunately the tissue within my set had been allowed to nest itself at the bottom of each basin. It took a lot of easing and tugging to get them apart and I was nervous to scratch the basin surface. In use they work very well; each holds a goodly portion of creme caramel or chocolate mousse (or whatever you choose to make) and it was easy to turn out the contents onto the dish. I wash my utensils by hand but they can be safely put into the dishwasher. I store them separated by a half-sheet of kitchen roll to avoid a repeat of the initial performance and to protect the non-stick surface.

I have been watching the Great British Baking Show on Netflix (and now PBS.org/Passport) and they made these amazing molten center chocolate cakes (or pudding as cakes and most desserts are called in Britain). I tried glass custard cups but they flared too much and the cakes collapsed. I found these and they are perfect. Here is the recipe I used.
