Great Service
Great installation, quick and professional staff. Very nice and would recommend. Mohammad Nawaz especially was great.

Misleading 240V Listing Supplied in 3 Phase Configuration
Extremely misleading listing. The cooker is advertised as a standard 220/240V appliance yet arrived configured for 3 phase wiring with no proper explanation or installation guidance included. As a direct result only 2 hob zones worked after installation. This caused unnecessary expense, wasted time and serious frustration trying to diagnose what appeared to be a faulty appliance. A normal customer should not have to investigate phase bridging and cooker terminal configurations just to make a brand new cooker function correctly. The seller should clearly warn buyers that the unit is supplied in 3 phase configuration and requires proper bridging for standard domestic single phase supply. Very poor product information.”

Compact, efficient and looks premium
Would have appreciated a timer on the display, that’s the only fault I have found so far. It works well but they failed to install it as described when we purchased it.

Don’t buy. It’s a bad product
The oven doesn’t work. 2 out of 4 of the top are not working. It heats and shuts down alone. What a scam
